When will I receive my item?

United States: 7-10 Business Days
Canada : 14 Business Days
United Kingdom: 8 Business Days
Australia: 4-7 Business Days
Rest of the World: 14-21 Business Days

The shipping time may vary with the location you are ordering from. For now, our main production facility is located in United States and we work with partners all around the world to ship faster. We are looking to expand our facility to Canada. We are working everyday to find ways to make our shipping faster and create a better experience for our client.





My item is defective can I get a refund?

All Medosa cases (except limited edition collection item) come with a 30-days warranty policy. If your product breaks or show signs of a production defect, please contact us at medosadesigns@gmail.com, and our team will assist you in having a new case free of any charge. Medosa reserves a right to withhold a refund if the return item exhibits normal wear and tear from a daily usage and does no fall into our 30-days coverage. No substitute product will be provided in exchange for the original defective product. However, a full refund can be given if the product is determined to be defective.

If a limited edition item turns out to be defective upon reception of the package, and you want a new one, you will need to send the defective item to the adress written under return policy.

After receiving the item and destroying the item, a new item will be produce and sent to the owner.

(Limited Collection) How can I be sure there is really only one in the world?

The item will only be printed once and no restock will be made. The collection will only be made once and never after. You will receive two things that will prove to you that you are the only owner of this case and that any other phone case made is a fake.


1. You will receive a proof of buying the item by e-mail saying that you are the original buyer of this product.
2. You will receive a custom enveloppe letter by mail. The enveloppe will have a letter of authenticity inside that will prove that you are the only owner of this case. The letter will be customized and signed, by hand, by the owner of the brand.
